At every level, our teachers are observers of children. You won’t find our teachers at a desk in either the front or back of the room. At one moment, the teacher is sitting beside a child, demonstrating a new material. Then, she brings together a small group. Later, when she sees a child wandering the room, a quick whisper in his ear redirects him to purposeful activity. 

Each of our teachers is fully trained and Montessori-licensed. Each believes that every individual child is unique. Through careful observation, all teachers strive to understand each child as well as possible. 

Our teachers are committed to provide a nurturing and positive environment. Our classrooms are places where criticism is not present and where rewards and punishments are not necessary. Students find intrinsic joy and satisfaction in their learning. 

That’s why we hire with care, and we support teachers to become the best that they can be. We provide ongoing opportunities to grow, as we are always modifying and improving our method. We are in constant motion as we determine the best way to help prepare children for the future world.
